Job Overview
As a Police Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining law and order within the community. Duties
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and incidents.
- Conduct thorough investigations of crimes, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
- Write detailed reports documenting incidents, arrests, and investigations.
- Enforce traffic laws and regulations, conducting traffic stops as necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations.
- Collaborate with community organizations to promote public safety initiatives.
- Stay informed about immigration laws and regulations relevant to law enforcement duties.

Requirements:
- TCOLE Certification
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, Valid Driver License, US Citizen
- Minimum Physical Capabilities (Sit, Stand, Kneel, Walk, Run, Lift, Climb, Etc.)
- No A/B Misdemeanor or Family Violence Convictions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
