Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team members to innovate and develop new menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients as needed.
- Participate in training and mentoring junior baking staff.
- Manage baking schedules to ensure timely production and freshness of products.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and gather feedback on products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
