Oversee the intake, assessment, and resource distribution processes for individuals seeking assistance.

Conduct needs assessments and determine appropriate resources, referrals, or services.

Complete intake documentation and submit recommendations for approval.

Serve as liaison between applicants and organizations receiving payments on their behalf.

Coordinate referrals for Christian Advisement and Personal Finance Ministry, as appropriate.

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ministry policies and procedures.

Coordinate the daily operations of the Food Distribution and Clothing Bank.

Order supplies and maintain inventory for outreach programs and ministry activities.

Coordinate food distribution efforts and maintain accurate distribution records.

Support the development and implementation of new outreach initiatives and donation programs.

Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, and local agencies.

Attend community meetings, networking events, and required outreach training.

Coordinate training for outreach ministry leaders and volunteers.

Respond to general inquiries regarding outreach programs and services.

Plan, coordinate, and support annual outreach initiatives, including Back 2 School, Fall Festival, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Toy Giveaway.

Assist with additional ministry events and special projects as assigned.

Prepare correspondence, reports, check requests, and deposits.

Maintain outreach files, financial documentation, project timelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports, including outreach statistics and food distribution metrics.

Prepare documentation for leadership and maintain accurate program records.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience required.

Experience in case management, community outreach, nonprofit organizations, social services, or human services preferred.

Experience coordinating programs, events, or volunteers is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with community members, volunteers, and partner organizations.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with diverse populations.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
The Lead Outreach & Resource Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Ministry Affairs & Outreach Resource Center, including intake, assessment, case management coordination, and resource distribution. This role ensures individuals and families receive compassionate, timely assistance while services are delivered in accordance with ministry policies and procedures.
This position also coordinates the Food Distribution and Clothing Bank, develops community partnerships, supports outreach initiatives and special events, maintains accurate records and reports, and serves as a key resource in advancing the mission of World Changers Church International through community outreach and ministry services.
