VP of Stabilization Markets
Full Time Regular, Benefit Eligible
$80,000 to $100,000; commensurate with experience
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in soil stabilization, geotechnical solutions, construction materials, or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics, subgrade stabilization techniques, and chemical stabilization products.
- Experience with on-site evaluations and field-based technical sales.
- Ability to interpret soil reports, compaction data, or basic geotechnical information preferred.
- Demonstrated success selling value-based solutions (e.g., lifecycle cost savings vs. upfront cost).
- Familiarity with contractor-driven sales cycles and project coordination.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

About Your Role
The BaseBind X Stabilization Business Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth within the commercial, government, oil and gas, and infrastructure markets by developing, selling, and supporting BaseBind X soil stabilization solutions. This role combines technical sales, customer relationship management, and project coordination to deliver high-performance ground stabilization systems that improve load-bearing capacity, durability, and site usability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Assist with other duties as assigned.
Drive Stabilization Sales and Revenue Growth

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within Commercial, Government, Oil and Gas and infrastructure markets. Promote BaseBind X solutions for soil stabilization, working surfaces, and pad construction.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue and margin goals.

Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to increase product adoption and market share.
Conduct Site Assessments and Solution Development

Perform field evaluations to assess site conditions, aggregate basecourse compatibility and stabilization purpose.

Recommend BaseBind X applications based on geotechnical conditions and use cases.

Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that enhance site performance and longevity.

Ensure compliance with environmental considerations and sustainability objectives.
Prepare and Present Quotes and Proposals

Develop detailed proposals including material quantities, application methods, and cost estimates.

Present the value of chemical stabilization versus traditional aggregate-based approaches.

Negotiate contracts while maintaining target margins.

Provide ROI-driven messaging, including lifecycle cost savings.
Manage Customer Relationships

Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales and implementation process.

Build long-term relationships with producers, contractors, and site managers.

Deliver exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Address technical or operational concerns proactively.
Coordinate Project Execution

Collaborate with application teams and contractors to ensure proper BaseBind X installation.

Support scheduling, logistics, and material delivery.

Monitor application quality and project outcomes.

Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance and identify follow-on opportunities.
Maintain CRM and Sales Reporting

Document all activities, opportunities, and project outcomes in CRM systems.

Track pipeline progression, forecast sales, and report results.

Maintain accurate technical and customer data for future reference.

Working Conditions

The work environment is the typical office environment.
