About the Role
Revv Staffing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an 8–12 week contract assignment at Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Rutland, Vermont.
Pay: $60 per hour
The Physical Therapist will provide skilled therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
- Evaluate residents’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and other appropriate interventions.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, and other healthcare professionals regarding resident care.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards of care.
- Active Vermont Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification, physical, and TB test in accordance with Revv Staffing policy
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Rutland, Vermont for the duration of the contract
