PSCI-LIA, a fast-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman-owned small business, is seeking a Receptionist and Administration Support for an upcoming contract.
Position Summary
Secondary on-site Receptionist at USTDA's 10th-floor reception desk. Provides professional front-desk coverage, calendar/scheduling support, office supply inventory management, and general admin support. Backs up the 11th-floor primary receptionist as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Staff and operate the 10th floor (Secondary) reception area during all normal business hours.

Handle phone calls, emails, and mail; act as point of contact for internal and external communications.

Maintain records of receipt and mailing dates.

Ensure appropriate mailing/shipping of packages, letters, etc.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments; greet high-level guests including US Government officials, Congressional staff, and senior private-sector executives.

Create and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.

Track inventory of office supplies and notify Admin office to replenish.

Provide general office support (admin tasks, data entry, filing, customer service).

Manage the receptionist area appearance and access.

Provide backup coverage for the 11th-floor primary receptionist during leave/peak demand.
Required Education

High school diploma REQUIRED. Higher education PREFERRED.
Required Experience
-
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a professional office environment as a support assistant, receptionist, or equivalent.

Experience handling phone calls, emails, and mail; serving as point of contact for internal and external communications.

Ability to maintain records of receipt and mailing dates.

Ability to ensure appropriate mailing/shipping of packages, letters, etc.

Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and greeting high-level guests.

Experience creating and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Experience tracking inventory of office supplies and replenishment.

Experience providing general office support (admin tasks, data entry, filing, customer service).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Ability to manage the receptionist area.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in office software and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

Prior receptionist or office assistant experience at a federal agency, embassy, or professional services firm.

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
ClearanceEligibility Requirements

U.S. Citizenship required (PWS D.1.4).

Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a final SECRET security clearance issued by DCSA. An active interim Secret may be acceptable for non-Project Manager positions per PWS D.1.5.1, subject to Contracting Officer discretion.

Candidates without a current clearance must be eligible to be processed for a Department of State (DOS) Personal Identification Facility Access Card (FAC) prior to start.

Must complete and pass Certification of Personnel requirements per RFP Section E.1.8 (Certification confirms availability for award and commitment to the position).

Must consent to and pass a USTDA non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and abide by USTDA dress code, FAR-mandated conduct, and DD-254 classification handling rules.
CompensationBenefits
Starting Hourly rate: $20.00. Plus SCA HealthWelfare, 11 federal holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
