Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, personable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys building relationships. This is not just a check-in position — this role is key to creating an exceptional client experience and converting inquiries into booked consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide a high-end, welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Follow up with leads (calls, texts, DMs) and convert them into booked consultations
- Schedule appointments for Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff
- Assist with social media posting (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and basic engagement
- Maintain front desk organization and ensure smooth daily operations
- Educate clients on services, promotions, and packages in a clear, confident manner
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Personable, friendly, and confident — someone people naturally trust
- Experience in sales, front desk, or client-facing roles (med spa experience is a plus)
- Comfortable following up with leads and closing bookings
- Familiarity with social media (posting, messaging, engagement)
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
