As our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will:
- Support and lead nursing staff through daily rounds, coaching, and regulatory compliance oversight
- Promote exceptional resident care through treatment reviews and hands-on clinical support when needed
- Assist with policy development and organizational planning to maintain excellence in geriatric nursing care
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture built on compassion and teamwork
- Help ensure quality outcomes and adherence to state and federal regulations
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum one year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred
- Current CPR certification
