Position Overview
Midstream Operator I is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production and injection wells, compressors, and associated field equipment. This role supports daily field activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to achieving operational targets across the asset. The position level will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated skill sets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Launch and receive pipeline pigs in accordance with operational procedures.
- Collect operational readings and effectively communicate with other area operators to ensure accurate data flow.
- Assist with equipment isolation, repairs, and maintenance across all field operations equipment.
- Ensure high‑quality operational information is recorded, maintained, and distributed appropriately.
- Maintain all assigned facilities to company standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures without deviation.
- Maintain a strong safety mindset with a commitment to achieving zero incidents.
Qualifications
- Experience in oil and gas field operations, compression systems, or related industrial environments preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
