What You'll Do:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and skill evaluations
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Monitor treatment effectiveness through data analysis
- Partner with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver telehealth supervision and consultation
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
What You Need:
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Iowa license (multi-state licensure a plus — may unlock additional opportunities)
- Experience providing ABA services and RBT supervision
- Strong communication and independent caseload management skills
