Job Description
- Wound care nurses to assess, treat and monitor patients’ wounds and promote health management practices that prevent recurrence in clinic environment.
- In addition to providing direct care, wound care clinicians educate patients, caretakers and other medical professionals on the management and prevention of wounds
- Serve as key resource for physicians, nurses and other members of the care team
Job Requirements: RN /BSN/ Physical Therapist/ PTA
- Willing to train in wound care clinic environment
- Job Location: Chicago, Il 60657 medical outpatient clinic
Required experience:
- Wound Care experience preferred
