Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries promptly through phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and account management using clear communication and active listening
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback to improve service delivery
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems and other Microsoft Office applications to maintain up-to-date client records
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions or products
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills during all interactions
- Process cash handling transactions when with integrity and attention to detail
- Assist in printing Department when needed
- Ask to perform other tasks in the store
Skills

- Strong bilingual skills in English plus additional languages enhance communication reach
- Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing appropriate solutions
