- Select fresh ingredients, including fish, vegetables, rice, and seaweed, ensuring quality and safety compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders efficiently during busy service times
- Educate team members on sushi techniques and presentation standards as needed
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management of supply needs
- Uphold all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment
