In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations in Los Angeles facility, guiding the team to keep orders moving efficiently from pick to ship. You’ll help ensure service commitments are met while supporting a range of clients.
We’re looking for someone who leads by example and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to the floor. This person builds strong working relationships across teams, stays sharp on the details, and can navigate shifting priorities while keeping performance metrics and cost targets on track.
Monday – Friday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Annual Salary $70,304 - $85,652
Requirements
· Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related operational technologies
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on tasks with minimal supervision, and maintain strong attention to detail
· Demonstrated experience using continuous improvement methodologies to enhance fulfillment performance, quality, efficiency, and safety
· Proven ability to lead and develop team members, ensuring daily operations are executed effectively and meet performance expectations
· Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and business needs
· High level of integrity and professionalism; must be able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screening
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising teams in a warehouse or light industrial environment
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, for daily communication and reporting
· Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
· Ability to execute out essential job functions, including but not limited to carrying up to 50 lbs., standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs or ladders, working at elevated heights, and operating in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., heat, cold, dust, noise)
Duties and Responsibilities
· Supports the training, cross-training, and ongoing development of team members
· Monitors daily operations and drives performance against established goals, and metrics
· Partners with the Distribution Center Manager to plan staffing needs based on forecasts and client direction
· Clearly communicates expectations and provides consistent, constructive performance feedback
· Adheres to all company safety policies, security protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work and storage environment
· Completes additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
