Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
- Offer expert advice on Jewelry and repairs.
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling transactions.
- Communicate effectively via phone or in person to answer questions.
Skills
- Some knowledge of Fine Jewelry
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail sales
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle phone communication professionally
- Organizational skills for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store displays
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
