Applicant Responsibilities
- adaptable to any station and willingness to learn other stations when necessary
- above average knife skills
- ability to read and execute recipes
- able to execute scratch made cuisine
- understand various cooking methods
- culinary and plating accuracy in a high volume kitchen
- ensure proper storage and care of food supplies
- maintaining a clean and sanitary work area
- understanding of culinary terms and methods
- appreciation for scratch made cuisine
- time and organizational management
- proper daily rotation and inspection of all ingredients
- must be able to work days, nights and weekends...no exceptions
- must have reliable transportation
- culinary degree or certificate a plus.
