We are looking for experienced contract attorneys who can provide immediate support reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and . These resources will work closely with internal stakeholders to help address a backlog of contract work and support ongoing business priorities.
Location: ideally Eden Prairie MN but open to remote
Requirements:
- Healthcare industry experience
- Banking or financial services contract experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise organizations
- Familiarity with technology, professional services, and operational agreements
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience with contract remediation, amendment reviews, and contract lifecycle activities
- Background supporting corporate legal departments or procurement organizations
- Ability to manage a high volume of agreements while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: From $75.00 per hour
