About Us
We are a boutique cosmetic dental office focused on delivering a high-end patient experience with exceptional care and attention to detail. We are looking for a professional, experienced, and energetic Dental Front Office & Treatment Coordinator to help support the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinate patient care, manage treatment follow-up, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate with patients in a professional, calm, and polished manner
- Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-up
- Coordinate treatment plans, patient estimates, financial arrangements, and treatment follow-up
- Handle dental insurance verification, benefits, claims, EOBs, billing, and collections
- Prepare and review patient information, forms, estimates, and insurance details
- Help maintain an organized and productive schedule
- Communicate with patients by phone, email, and text in a professional manner
- Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with the doctor and clinical team to support a seamless patient experience
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive team attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience preferred; strong candidates with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through will be considered
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing
- Experience with Dentrix software preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter with enthusiastic and positive energy
- Professional demeanor with strong leadership ability
