Looking for a part time Coach to coach 5 to 10+ hours a week. Attitude is everything and the candidate must have a desire to embrace our community and learn and grow as well.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year experience coaching large group classes. - Must be proficient in weight lifting, gymnastics movements, and other movements found in group training setting. Must be able to both teach and perform movements efficiently.
· Ability to interact and engage in classes.
· Live the lifestyle you preach to others. Train often and be a positive role model to members.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ideal Qualifications:
· CrossFit Level 1 Certification or HYROX training certificate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coaching 5-10 hours a week
2-3 hours of general responsibilities to include:
- Group training and Foundations classes
- Gym Clean up
- Assist at events
- Fielding Membership Inquiries
- Create content to assist with positive messaging to our brand and community. This can include, but is not limited to videos, photos, blogs and social media post.
- Applicant must be available Monday thru Saturday when needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
