Life Insurance Associate (Remote)

Successful candidates may receive: mentorship, ongoing training, qualified leads, and support throughout the onboarding process. Licensed individuals will receive assistance with insurance carrier contracting, while individuals who are not yet licensed will receive guidance through the licensing process.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Educate clients on available life insurance products.
- Conduct virtual consultations and needs assessments.
- Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Meet individual sales and performance objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications Required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Licensing
