(Part-Time) The receptionist would work Wednesday -Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch break
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
· Professionally administer all incoming calls
· Answer telephone calls, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to the appropriate individuals.
· Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate people according to their needs.
· Open and close visitor area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights).
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
· Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials.
· Receive weekly time sheets from personnel and organize them by employee number. Separate leased labor time sheets by vendor. Submit spreadsheets of leased labor employees to vendors.
· Receive leased labor vendor invoices and verify that they match the spreadsheet previously submitted.
· Post leased labor time to the jobs in ComputerEase.
· Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
· Receive incoming mail and packages and distribute it to the appropriate people.
· Perform a variety of clerical duties.

Education/Training/Experience
· High School Diploma or GED

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
