About the Job
We are currently looking for a full-time, Workday Certified Adaptive Planning Consultant to lead and drive success for our Workday Adaptive Planning clients of all sizes, including enterprise-level organizations. This leadership role is pivotal in delivering expertise, spearheading strategy, and guiding high-performing teams through complex implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification required.
- 3+ years of Workday Financials Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
- MUST have experience with integrating data from WD HCM or WD FINS into Adaptive!
- Built Advanced Reports within WD & set up custom calculation fields in Workday.
- Proven experience leading multiple complex Workday Adaptive Planning implementations at the enterprise level.
- Strong ability to present and articulate analysis and recommendations to executive audiences.
- Experience driving innovation in financial planning, forecasting, and analytics processes.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
