National Christian Foundation has served in Ohio for over eight years. During that time, NCF has facilitated over $200 million in grants to charities through our service to over 350 families. Position Summary:
National Christian Foundation Ohio seeks to hire an Executive Coordinator for its Ohio office.
The role supports NCF Ohio executive leadership and plays a vital part in helping the team serve givers with excellence.
This role is ideal for a proactive, relational, and highly organized professional who is committed to excellence and is energized by helping leaders and teams operate effectively in a mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, initiative, and follow-through, along with a genuine passion for the work and calling of NCF.
The Executive Coordinator serves as a trusted partner to the Ohio leadership team, providing high-level executive support, coordinating giver engagement activities, managing projects and events, overseeing key communications and marketing efforts, and strengthening day-to-day operational effectiveness.
Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, communicate clearly and professionally, build strong relationships, and execute responsibilities with consistency, care, and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Executive Support to the President: Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, correspondence, follow-up, and other high-priority administrative responsibilities to increase the President’s effectiveness and responsiveness.
· Giver Engagement and Relationship Management: Support giver stewardship by coordinating communication, tracking follow-up needs, maintaining organized records, and helping ensure a high level of service and care in every interaction.
· Board and Leadership Team Support: Prepare materials, coordinate logistics, document action items, and support communication and follow-through for board and leadership team meetings and related initiatives.
· Event Leadership: Managing timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, analytics, communications, and on-site support to ensure a high-quality experience for participants.
· Operational and Administrative Support: Strengthen day-to-day office operations by organizing processes, supporting internal systems, and handling administrative details with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Minimum of three years of previous relevant experience required
· Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required; CRM experience preferred
· Demonstrates a mature Christian faith and commitment to biblical stewardship

Nature and Scope:
Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Vice President of Central Ohio, National Christian Foundation Ohio
Employment Status: Full-time; non-exempt
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required during peak work periods and projects. Minimal travel is required.
Work Environment: 100% office- based (high volume of communication via email and phone).
