Blue Garden Management is seeking an experienced Building Superintendent to join our team. The super will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness in the building, Fire Marshall and Section 8 inspections and day to day maintenance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Grounds maintenance: snow removal, trash removal, cleaning and landscaping
- Day to day unit maintenance
- Fire Marshall annual inspections
- Section 8 inspections
- Distributing letters to tenants
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of janitorial procedures
- Ability to interact with residents and handle complaints in a friendly manner
- Well versed in Spanish
- 1 year of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
