SUMMARY:
To assist the Shift Manager in carrying out their shift responsibilities. Those responsibilities include ensuring proper slot floor coverage, supervising slot attendants, schedule sections and breaks, provide quality customer service, and safeguard casino assets.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent and efficient guest service

Monitor Slot Floor and Slot attendants to ensure proper service levels are being provided

Schedule section coverage and breaks for assigned staff
-
Make change for guests as needed; assist with other guests requests to always ensure guest satisfaction

Provide accurate payment of machine credits
-
Verify/investigate all slot jackpots, hand pays, and tilts, and make the necessary payout arrangements
-
Performs minor maintenance of slot machines
-
Communicate with the Slot Technical Dept of any extensive machine repairs or trouble shooting required

Stay informed of Company’s current and upcoming special events and promotions

Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
-
1 year in Slots; Slot Attendant, Change Attendant, Lead, or Slot Technical experience.

Ability to work effectively with Team Members and Guests.
-
Act as a role model to other employees and always lead.
-
Skill in handling money, giving change, and balancing change bank(s).

Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities.
EDUCATION:
-
High School Diploma or GED (required).
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
