Penmac Education Staffing is seeking passionate and dedicated Substitute Teachers and Substitute Paraprofessionals to serve in the West Plains R-VII School District 2026-2027. $120 per full day

$125 per day for retired West Plains R-VII teachers
What You’ll Do:

Deliver lessons based on plans provided by the regular teacher
*
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
*
Adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
*
Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and cafeterias
*
Assign classwork and homework as needed
*
For long-term roles: create lesson plans aligned with curriculum
✅ What You’ll Need:
*
36 college credit hours (any subject) OR completion of a DESE-approved online training program
*
A valid Missouri Teaching License or Substitute Certificate
*
Fingerprint background check (contact Penmac before completing)
*
Pre-employment drug screen -THC is not permitted
*
Completion of Penmac-provided training
