We are looking for bilingual cashier to ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful time. The cashier will be responsible for answering phone calls from bilingual and regular customers. We are seeking a friendly, fun and empathetic individual who loves interacting with both children and parents, as well as an organized professional who can handle unexpected situations effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Must be able to speak Spanish
- Facilitate Daily Activities (entertain the kids with classes, creative activities, dance, interactive games, arts & crafts and story time)
- Clean and maintain the facility
- Operate as a cashier and check in guests for open play
- Assist in the café when necessary

Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, particularly in roles involving guest relations or services.
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy events.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others create enjoyable experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events.
