Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Property Management Department. You’ll train and motivate property agents, coordinate and execute homeowner requests related to the upkeep of their homes, and work in close collaboration with Village Services and Resort Maintenance. This role is the trusted, steady presence homeowners rely on - someone who treats their home like it matters, because it does. You must be willing and able to provide exemplary customer service in all situations, at all times.

What You’ll do:
- Ensure complete homeowner satisfaction with the service offered by the department
- Ensure all homeowner requests are delivered on time and accurately
- Represent homeowners’ interests and make decisions on their behalf, in their absence, as it relates to the maintenance of their home
- Manage daily department operations to meet homeowner needs — including answering emails within 24 hours, punctual and detailed follow-up, precise communication, well-managed vendors/contractors, and kept promises
- Collaborate with Village Services as needed to ensure homeowner needs are met
- Collaborate with Resort Maintenance to ensure jobs are completed on time, to expectations, with accurate billing
- Manage and work directly with outside vendors and contractors to ensure all home work meets expectations and homeowner interests
- Ensure employee training is robust, thorough, and executed to a high standard
- Ensure all department billing is accurate and on time
- Drive revenue through the department’s services, creating significant value for homeowners
- Provide exemplary customer service to homeowners and employees at all times
- Respond to all homeowner requests in a courteous and timely manner
- Issue ski passes and day tickets to homeowners and their guests
- Ensure employee training, documentation, and work schedules are completed and submitted on time
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with all homeowners
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable sitting, standing, and moving throughout the day between office work and home site visits
- Able to walk properties and job sites, including uneven terrain and winter conditions
- Capable of driving regularly to homeowner properties and vendor sites in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable communicating clearly in person, by phone, and in writing throughout the day
- Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to assess home conditions and vendor work quality
