Key Responsivities:
Personal care assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
Daily Living support: Help with mobility, transferring, light housekeeping, laundry and prepare a nutritious meal or two.
Medication Assistances provide timely reminders for prescribed medications
Health & Safety Monitoring: observe, document, and report changes in client's health, behaviors and physical condition to the coordinator appointments as neededr.
