Position Overview
We’re seeking driven, purpose-minded individuals to join our team as Financial Educators / Life Insurance Agents. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping families, growing personally, and achieving financial independence. You’ll receive full mentorship, access to ongoing training, and the flexibility to build your business remotely on your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Educating individuals and families on key financial principles and the importance of financial literacy.
- Teaching and implementing our 3 core philosophies: Multi-Handed Income, 10% 3 Rules & 3 Goals, and Self-Improvement.
- We help clients identify protection gaps and recommend life insurance, retirement plans and other financial strategies.
- We assist with building and maintaining long-term client relationships based on trust and education.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and self-development to grow personally and professionally.
Qualifications
- No prior financial experience required — full training and licensing support provided.
- Must be self-motivated, coachable, and willing to learn.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Must be able to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
