Job Description
- Ensures compliance with the Washington State Gaming Commission, Internal Controls, Black Pearl Policies and Procedures.
- Supervises assigned Table Games.
- Responsible for Dealer procedures, errors and fills during assigned shift.
- Responsible for tracking players.
- Responsible for maintaining racks.
- Corrects errors made by dealers on gaming tables.
- Resolves customer complaints/disputes.
- Promotes and develops positive customer relations.
- Monitors dealers and players to ensure integrity of games.
- Assures customer service and satisfaction by making sure players are comped, when appropriate.
- Evaluates job performances of dealers.
- Ensure control/protection of company assets.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises all Table Games dealers scheduled for your shifts. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training Team Members, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining Team Members, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education, Experience & Other Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Either previous floor or dealing experience is a must.
- Must prove proficiency for the specific Game(s) in which they supervise.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Gaming License.
- Job offer is contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening.
- Customer Service Skill are Mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
