Position Details
- Part-time to start (10–15 hours per week)
- Opportunity for additional hours as our schedule continues to grow
- Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Servicing Salt Lake County and surrounding areas
- Starting at $20.00 per hour
What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality maintenance, deep, and move-in/move-out residential cleanings
- Deliver consistently detailed work that exceeds client expectations
- Follow established cleaning systems and company standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Take ownership of your work and continually strive for excellence
What We're Looking For
These qualifications are required:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Experience with maintenance, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve
