Nation's Infusion at Home is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our in-house pharmacy operations!
This is a full-time, hourly role. The schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Essential Duties:
- Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse operation.
- Maintains adequate inventory and reorders supplies as needed.
- Ensures appropriate temperatures are maintained in temperature-controlled areas.
- Picks, assembles, and packs orders as needed.
- Evaluates necessary deliveries and pharmacy orders with consideration for delivery timelines, available drivers, and inventory.
- Ships and receives orders and deliveries.
- Maintains accurate tracking records.
- Tracks medical waste disposal, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures related to medical waste disposal.
- Assists with organizing deliveries with the Pharmacy Technicians and Delivery Drivers
- Cleans, inspects, and tests infusion equipment as necessary
- Rotates inventory/stock as appropriate.
- Ensures regulatory compliance in all activities
- Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least one year of warehouse experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience in a pharmacy setting strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Able to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 lbs without assistance and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Able to work in a warehouse setting with exposure to weather conditions, dust, moderate noise levels, cleaning chemicals, and pharmaceutical products.
- Able to stand for prolonged periods
- Excellent organizational, communication, and logistics skills
- Proficient with computer software including O365 and the company's medical record system.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
