What You’ll Do
As a vital member of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality filters used across various industries. Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating and setting up production machinery, including industrial gluers and stapling devices.
- Utilizing precision set-up devices to ensure every filter meets our strict quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
- Taking ownership of your workstation and pride in the finished product you help create.

- Work History: A stable job history is our top priority. We prefer candidates who have demonstrated loyalty by staying with a previous employer for at least 2–3 years.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a strong plus and will help you excel in our diverse team environment.
