What You’ll Do
- Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation services at residential and commercial job sites
- Remove and dispose of damaged building materials (drywall, flooring, insulation)
- Set up and break down drying, air filtration, and remediation equipment.
- Use hand tools and company-provided power tools safely
- Clean, pack, move, and restore customers’ contents
- Clean and salvage restorable materials
- Load, unload, and organize work vehicles daily
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, tools, warehouse, and job sites
- Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanups to leave a professional work site
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods
- Comfortable performing physical, hands‑on work
- Ownership of basic hand tools
- Valid Virginia driver’s license
- Fluent in English
- Clean criminal background (no felonies)
- U.S. citizenship
