Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful, and results-driven individual to manage our location in Arizona. Position is full time including evenings and weekends. The location is open 6 days a week and hours are typically 10:00 am - 7:00 pm with scheduling of two days off within the work week. Office is a fast-paced, high pressure environment to meet project deadlines. Communication & organizational skills are vital to work with diverse personalities within the corporation and provide professional interaction with clients as necessary. Market research/marketing/employee and project management background a plus!
Responsibilities
- Manage staffing situations (hiring, scheduling, payroll submission) in conjunction with Regional Manager
- Manage multiple market research projects simultaneously
- Maintain flexibility when faced with changing priorities
- Provide accurate reports and updates to our clients and project managers
- Effectively manage the staff to ensure production levels that are needed to meet our clients' goals
- Ability to receive directive, meet deadlines, and achieve assigned quotas
- Manage and train the staff to ensure quality data and valid work to our clients
- Cultivate & maintain a reliable respondent database
- Responsive and well organized
- Adhere to all corporate expectations
Qualifications
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, Teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects entirely and communicate progress
- Understand directives and effectively translate to the team
- Anticipate future needs, plan, and adjust strategies
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role
- Experience with project management or retail store management
- Bachelors degree in management or a related field a plus!
