Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Structure Foreman to lead and oversee the construction of large-scale concrete infrastructure projects. In this role, you will coordinate and supervise all aspects of concrete structure construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and site supervision will drive project success from foundation to finish.
Duties
- Lead and supervise concrete construction teams on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to plan daily activities and resolve technical or logistical issues promptly.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of concrete structures.
- Manage procurement and utilization of materials, including reinforcing steel, formwork, and curing supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee quality control processes by conducting inspections with tools such as ohmmeters and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor project budgets and assist in construction estimating while managing contracts to ensure scope compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising concrete or heavy civil construction projects with a strong background in managing large teams on-site.
- Experience operating equipment
- Not sacred to labor alongside team members when needed
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards such as OSHA regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols consistently.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management.
- Hands-on experience with pipeline projects or similar heavy civil infrastructure is preferred.
- Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple crews effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $31.61 - $38.06 per hour
