Job Description
We are looking for exceptional sales talent to help us achieve profitable revenue. As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired sales metrics are met and/or exceeded. You will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs, and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals. The position will be based in our office and remotely.
What you'll do:
Build strong customer relationships and earn trust from the first conversation
Understand homeowner needs and recommend the right HVAC equipment and solutions
Create accurate, detailed proposals that set our install team up for success
Partner closely with installers to ensure a smooth, high‑quality customer experience
Explain financing options and assist customers through the application process
Represent yourself and Arlinghaus with professionalism and enthusiasm
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and product updates
Participate in training, community events, and company initiatives
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and relationship‑building
Support cross‑department opportunities for plumbing and electrical services
Maintain consistent follow‑through and meet established closure expectations
