Ladybug Hospitality is seeking experienced and motivated Expeditor Managers to join our leadership team. This position serves as the vital connection between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring every dish is presented accurately, delivered promptly, and meets our standards of excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses previous expeditor, kitchen, and food service experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of service between the kitchen and dining room.
- Ensure all food is accurate, properly prepared, and presented to company standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Review tickets for modifications, allergies, and special requests.
- Communicate effectively with chefs, cooks, servers, bartenders, and management.
- Maintain proper pacing and timing of courses.
- Assist with resolving service issues quickly and professionally.
- Train and support food runners, server assistants, and expo staff.
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at the expo station.
- Support both front- and back-of-house operations as needed to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous expeditor experience required
- Previous kitchen experience required
- Previous food service or restaurant experience required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
