Duties
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, address concerns, and promote family engagement
- Monitor child behavior using positive behavior management techniques to ensure a respectful and supportive atmosphere
- Maintain accurate documentation of child development milestones, attendance records
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
