Overview:
Sports Radio 99.9FM The Fan is looking for a part-time Board Operator to manage the technical execution of live sports talk programs, event broadcasts, network feeds, and play-by-play programming. This role requires a dependable and highly organized individual with experience operating broadcast consoles in high-pressure environments.

Operate the broadcast console during live sports talk programs, play-by-play broadcasts, and network feeds.

Follow and execute the game format log, ensuring proper airing of commercials, station IDs, and other scheduled elements.

Monitor and adjust audio levels for a clear and professional sound.

Log key highlights, game events, and notable moments during broadcasts.

Seamlessly transition between games, programming, and commercial breaks.

Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with producers and engineers.

Ensure compliance with FCC regulations and station policies.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of remote broadcasts when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience operating a radio broadcast board.
