Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates.
- Screen applicants and assess overall fit.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate throughout the hiring process.
- Represent our company with professionalism and integrity.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Previous recruiting, sales, or networking experience is preferred but not required.
- Professional, organized, and goal-oriented.
