Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Tech Project Leader) to lead medium-to-large technology projects from initiation through implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT infrastructure, application integration, migration, or technology transformation projects while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, risk management, budgeting, and successful delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete IT project lifecycle from initiation through implementation.
- Lead multiple technology projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies including:
- PI Planning
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Dependency Management
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Communicate project status to business and executive stakeholders.
- Track budgets, forecasts, and project financials.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support technology strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate disaster recovery, security, and technology governance activities when required.
