What would I be doing?
The Co-Blend Production Operator is primarily responsible for performing daily operations in the blending and packaging of pharmaceutical grade products for the Co-Blend production area. This position will be Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.
· Operate blending and packaging equipment to produce pharmaceutical-grade products in accordance with production schedules
· Read, interpret, and follow batch records, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety requirements, and environmental standards.
· Prepare, blend, package, label, and stage products and materials for shipment and warehouse storage.
· Verify raw materials, ingredients, and product information to ensure quality and accuracy before processing.
· Calculate and add formulation ingredients according to batch requirements.
· Record production activities and inventory transactions using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
· Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain product quality and compliance standards.
· Perform routine checks on scales and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper operation.
· Handle materials safely to prevent contamination and maintain product integrity.
· Support general material handling and other production-related activities as needed.
· Ability to frequently lift 50lbs.

· Manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical or food processing preferred.
