Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and career-driven Stylist Assistant to join our team. This is the first step in our apprenticeship program, designed for individuals who are serious about becoming a successful, in-demand stylist.
You’ll work closely with our stylists, gain real salon experience, and build the foundation needed to grow behind the chair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists with daily appointments and client services
- Shampoo, condition, and prep clients for services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and common areas
- Prepare tools, color, and products for services
- Support front desk and guest experience when needed
- Provide a high level of care and professionalism to every client
- Participate in ongoing education and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Cosmetology license or currently enrolled in cosmetology school (Florida)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the beauty industry and long-term career growth

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
