Petticoat Fair is a family-owned lingerie boutique that has been serving Texas since 1964. We’re looking for a full-time Retail Sales & Bra Fitting Specialist to join our team.
This isn’t a typical retail sales position. Our fitters work one-on-one with customers to help them find bras, lingerie, and swimwear that truly fit. You’ll receive extensive paid training and learn a specialized skill while creating an experience that makes customers feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
We can teach you how to fit a bra. We’re looking for someone who is naturally great with people.
What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with customers in personalized bra-fitting sessions
- Learn professional bra-fitting techniques through extensive paid, hands-on training
- Recommend bras, lingerie, swimwear, and other products based on each customer's individual needs
- Create a warm, comfortable, and judgment-free experience
- Build relationships with repeat customers
- Learn detailed product, brand, and fit knowledge
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming sales floor
- Work closely with your team in a busy, fast-paced boutique

Retail, hospitality, beauty, fashion, or other customer-service experience is preferred, but lingerie and bra-fitting experience are not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $17/hour + tips
- Current fitters average approximately $500–$2000 per month in tips
