Wholesale Sales Manager
Coastal Remedies is looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to help grow one of Maine's leading cannabis brands.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and helping a sales team perform at a higher level. You'll manage two wholesale sales representatives while maintaining your own book of business, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with ownership on pricing, promotions, product launches, and overall sales strategy.
We're already established in much of the Maine market, so this position is focused less on opening every door and more on growing existing accounts, earning new strategic partnerships, and helping retailers successfully sell our products.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of two wholesale sales representatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with dispensary owners and buyers throughout Maine
- Prospect and secure new wholesale accounts
- Grow sales within existing accounts through consistent follow-up and product support
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, vendor days, and account-specific programs
- Create sales flyers, promotional materials, and pricing sheets
- Monitor competitor pricing and recommend promotional strategies
- Review sales performance, forecasts, and customer trends
- Work closely with production to align inventory, new product releases, and customer demand
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of building customer relationships
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in cannabis, CPG, beverage, alcohol distribution, or another relationship-driven sales environment is preferred
Compensation
- 50-70k base salary
- 5% commission on personal sales
- 1% override on total wholesale sales
- Total compensation over 100k with competency in Maine Cannabis sales

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
