Foreman – Heavy Civil Construction
Location: Columbia, SC (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Key Highlights
- Lead and supervise field crews on heavy civil/site development projects.
- Operate heavy equipment (Dozers, Excavators, Graders, Loaders, Compactors).
- Read construction drawings and coordinate daily field operations.
- Ensure OSHA/MSHA safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks.
- GPS machine control experience is a plus.
- Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Maintain daily production reports and job site documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Foreman experience in Heavy Civil, Earthwork, Roadwork, or Site Development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Pay: $30.18 - $33.00 per hour
