WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

Leadership and Supervision: Assign work and provide instructions to warehouse associates, setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable.

Operational Management: Ensure all customer orders are picked, shipped accurately, and within required timeframes.

Inventory Management: Maintain accuracy in inventory through effective organization and detailed record-keeping.

Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards, ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for all stakeholders, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any operational discrepancies and improve processes to prevent future issues.

Equipment Operation: Operate cherry pickers, forklifts and other material handling equipment as necessary.

Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate documentation for all warehouse activities and provide reports to management.
OUR MUST HAVES:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar supervisory role in a warehouse environment.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Proficiency in using warehouse software and systems.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to physically handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
