Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain an organized environment
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner within a retail setting
- Motivate and assist team members in reaching sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or concerns
- Track sales and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Process transactions accurately and follow proper procedures

Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
